Well Darrin has decided to get back on track and start his training for the upcoming biking season. This means eating healthier, weight training, and getting in more workouts for him.
And for me it means supporting him through healthier meals, and helping him get his workouts in. But I started to think about the last trimester of my pregnancy and thought it might be a good time for me to start training as well. So, I am also going to do some weight training and getting in some cardiovascular workouts. My training won't be as intense as Darrin's, but it will be good for me and Baby Braun!
I'll try to post a little more often with what we are eating and what we are doing to get in shape before baby arrives in February!
